I had a major stressful weekend which ended in me consuming sick amounts of delicious and very high caloric foods. Today, I've vowed to re-focus and to try not to eat out of emotion. Although, if things don't improve soon, my goal of losing weight will take a reverse effect.
Which reminds me, I got fitted for a bridesmaid gown a few weeks ago...if anyone's looking for a ego knock-down, I highly suggest getting your measurements taken at a bridal shop. NOT COOL!! I wonder why wedding salons make the dress sizes so helter skelter? I heard that it's so they can reel in the alteration charges. It's all so depressing!
At least today was a good day. Ate healthy, ate a normal portion size, and nobody pissed me off...yet.
