I made a vow  to a T.V. ministers, which I have not kept and I dont even remember why I made the vow but I must have found a need at the time and I am also finding it hard to keep my words that I will pay, first time even during this.  Are there repercussion if I dont honor the vow, This vow was made in the name of the lord, that I would pay.

I think that offering to give money when you should not have, is a smaller sin than promising money and then refusing to pay.  So I would use that subtle difference to minimise my liability.

You can apologise for an incorrect promise when you go to confession, but, you won't have to pay the money because you will receive absolution for incorrectly promising it in the first place...

No marysaaka, there is always forgiveness in true Christianity.

You probably made an emotional decision, and decisions like this must be lead by the Holy Spirit.  The Bible says not to make 'vows' anyway.  Just let your yes mean yes, and your no mean no.

There is especially forgiveness if you made a commitment to pay money that you really couldn't afford.  It is a common mistake.  Just be sure, next time, that the Holy Spirit is leading you to commit.

If it is the Holy Spirit, then, make the commitment and trust him to help you keep the commitment.  I don't think you will get into the habit of making these financial commitments.

The missionary ministries are very costly, and they try to project their budgets based on financial commitments too.  Just like you and me.  So, if you do not make a habit of this, it really is completely forgiveable!  Ok?  No worries!
