I am addicted to poker, and I have a problem. Really, it's not that big of a problem because I don't lose any money playing poker, and in fact, usually I win a couple dollars here and there.
I play freerolls online. I am in what I can a freeroll loop. I am going to be here a long time.
I figure the more I play the better poker player I will become. Soon, according to this predicted path, I should be able to play with the best, and earn a living.
Oh, but I lose so much. Maybe I should give up. Off to play another freeroll before bed. Maybe I will win this one...I am due.

I am addicted to the fact that I know I have a chance to win. I have done it before, and I have learned so much about the game I feel like I can win. The problem is the amount of time I have to put into the game for the amount of reward I get. I can make about $1.00 an hour, no problem...but couldn't I be doing something like testing jet planes or building super roller coasters? I don't know, maybe I am just waiting for college to be over so that with my degree in hand I will have a little bit more confidence. -

As with any addiction, isnt it about the obsession? Playing online games cant be all bad when theres so much other junk out there. Be careful if you're eating meals over the keyboard and missing sleep :) How long do you play poker? -

hey!dont wana quit, hang in, play some freerolls, if u havent got the confidence to start playin for real stakes yet then dont. All you want to do at the moment, is play some freeplay or free rolls, gain confidence and maybe start playing real. Check out my blog, i only started recently but i think u will enjoy it.
