  Well, I know have more responsibilities, I am now in charge of administering the different projects the IT department is working on, balancing the work load among the programmers, performing systems analysis, design and development for users within the company, providing direction and standards for system development within, evaluating new technologies and improving information systems and providing user training on systems developed in-house.
