No wonder republican members continue their support for this failed policy, they are only carrying out the wishes of a majority of the constituents!

According to a recent CBS News/New York Times Poll. when asked the following question:

"Do you approve or disapprove of the way George W. Bush is handling the situation with Iraq?"

A majority  of the republican respondents had no problem with it. They think Bush & Co are doing a bang up job. As far as I can see, there are only 3 possible explanations;

1. The respondent feels that the president is doing everything right, but a conspiracy, which consists of democrats, the media, "old europe", "dead enders",  "terrorist" and Michael Moore are the real culprits causing the policy to fail.

2. The respondent actually feels that this whole thing really has been and continues to be a "cakewalk".

3. CBS news and the New York times are out to make republicans look like they are completely divorced from reality with respect to this war, so they made the whole thing up.

In an attempt to test my theories, I welcome any republicans who are in this particular group to please post and explain why you approve of the way Bush is handling Iraq.

Does third person stories bother you?
Do you not get a sense of caring for the character if they're unnamed and you don't get the classic description learning about the character, and instead have them thrown into the situation?...
