I had played two sessions so far in the day, starting with a bankroll of $34, that actually went right down during the first session to $16..
1st session- after tilt, won back some money lost from tilt and ended up making a profit of $10.85.
BR=$45.13
2nd session- played very well for just over an hour making a profit of $10.70 from cash games and an extra $4.50 in sit and go's, total profit= $15.20.
BR=$60.33
last session
playing in some low limit cash games. $2 buy in while im playing 3 handed against stacks of $15 and $14. I gradually built to $5 before 3 people had joined our table with less stack than mine. Sat out a few hands while i observed the new players and then joined.
My stack was $5.40, in mid position i just call with 8d9h. It folds to button who raises and SB and BB fold, i call. Flop is 8c9c10d. I check it, button bets 60c into 90c pot. I raise $2.20 and he go's all in, his stack is bigger than mine so i am all in. He has 10cQc-top pair flush draw. Turn comes 4h and river is 9s which gives me the full house, took a pot of $9.95.
Again, just gradually building my stack to around $11-$12.
Tough decision
My BB and it folds to the cut off who raises pot, fold to me and i call with Qh7h. Flop comes: 8dQd6c, i check, he bets pot and i quickly call. Turn was 10d (flush on board) and i check, he bets all in for around $10 into a $2.80 pot. I took a lot of time, was a very tough decision, but the fact that he overbet the pot so much put him of the flush, another factor was my weak kicker and the fact he raised pre flop. What was he holding-QQ and didnt want the diamond? Eventually i call wejghing out the odds. He turned KsJs-straight draw. He had a few outs and was roughly around 22% to win. He never hit so i took down a $17.45 pot =)
BR-$74.48
