  Try surfing on the internet regarding resumes... I would suggest not to write work experiences that lasted less than 6 months, if its your first resume and a newly graduate write all the achievements you had in school, organizations you were participated on. When it comes to references make sure its not someone as lame as your principal or directress, write people who could attest that you are a hard working person... there are plenty more advices i could give you but it would be better if you research on the internet...   Amen......I feel your pain!  I posted on this a while back myself.  Resumes have always been a pain for me too.  I find these days, it seems you are expected to write a new resume, tailored for each job you apply for!  Jeez.....as if one wasn't enough to have to write!  I did find through searching the net there are lots of books and sites out there to help.  They made it a little easier.....still sucks though!!!

  i m no fresh grad by all mean.
  i dunno what's making it hard.
  perhaps the past job i stayed in for four years is a little different from what i want to do now.
  not sure whether to include them.
  anyways i got the resume done in the afternoon ... not the best.. hopefully it works!
