Online Investing is Incredible, But Don’t Forget to Do Your Homework

Are you a beginner who wants to break into online investing? Well it’s no wonder: online investing has a number of striking advantages. First of all, by investing online, you’ll save a bundle on broker fees and commissions. Secondly, you’ll have all the information you need organized and at your fingertips. Online investment services often feature charts, technical indicators, and real-time reports so you track your investments. Another great benefit of investing online is that you can access your account 24 hours a day. Can’t sleep at 2am? You can buy or sell stock at any hour of the day or night. It still takes time to process a stock trade online, but now all you have to do is click on a button to set things in motion. In contrast, traditional stock trading requires several phone conversations between you, the broker, and the seller. Stock trading on the Internet also allows you the freedom to make your own decisions. An online broker doesn’t restrict your options. When it comes to deciding whether to buy or sell a stock, the choice is yours. You also have access to a greater variety of stock for your portfolio—including penny stock—because online stock is available on a first-come first-serve basis. When you invest over the Internet you can trade as much or as little stock as you want at any given time, with no minimum requirements or maximum restrictions.

Do you like what you hear? Before you hop on the Internet and sign up with an online investment service, let the buyer beware!  Who you sign up with, what services they offer, and how you go about managing your account can make all the difference in your investment succe

So, what is the official SC policy on spam posts here?

Hi, I used to work as a customer service rep for this company at a communications company and let me tell you the so called "deals" offered on their commercials and ads are total rip offs.  The programs are extremely expensive when you can get free lessons at librarys and places online and when they say that you get one disc of the three for free what they mean is that you get disc #2 for free and have to mail back the other two at your own expense in order to get a refund for the entire amount that you probably didn't know you going to be charged when you asked for the "free" disc.  So, please, take my advice and don't give Video Professor the time of day and your hard earned money.

Really, now?  I'm amused that someone else here on SC happened to have dealings with this company.  :-)
