This has been my week so far...
I found out my mother went to the hospital on Monday. My brother told me this
while I was at work...not a very good place to hear this kind of news. After I got
off of work was too late to go to the hospital, so I went home and waited until
morning.
Tuesday morning my brother called me and woke me up and asked if I was
going to come down to the hospital. I got up and got ready and left. I got to the
hospital and all they told me that was wrong with her was that she had pnemonia,
and she had a low potasium level, and that she had a bladder infection. We
talked for a little bit then I had to leave at around 1 to get ready to do what I had
to do that day. Got home after that and nothing else eventful happened that day. I
did however stay up that whole night because I was preparing to go to the grave
yard shift at my work, so I've been staying up as late as I can.
So Wednesday morning by guy gets home from work and we go to bed. I wake
up at around 2 pm. I watch T.V. for a few hours until he wakes up. Then at
around 6 pm we are having dinner and my aunt calls me and tells me this news,
she said that my other aunt called my uncle and he called her and said that my
mother almost died of kidney failure, I did not know any of this. So I called my
brothers and they told me that it was true, why they didn't tell me in the first place
I will never know. But I found all this out at least.
Then this morning I wake up early to get ready to go to the hospital and my
brother calls me and tells me that they are taking my mom out of the hospital.
So I called my aunt and uncle and leave a message on their phones. I go over
to my mom's house to visit. I guess she is doing alright. That's good. I didn't stay
long because I had to go to work.
I get to work and find out that I did get the grave yard shift, yay! Today was a
busy day. Lots of people, I think that they are getting gas before the price goes
up again...LOL. It's now $3.12 where I'm from. And everyone knows that it's still
going up. So later on that day I talked to a car saleman. He owns a car lot, just a
small one, so I have to ask him. I told him about my car and he seemed
interested in it. So I'll drive my car to the lot tomorrow (which is really today
because it is now midnight) and show him the car. Hopfully he wants to buy it
for my price so I can get a small truck or an SUV. I know, gas hogs; but I need
something to pull my boat to the river so I can fish in it and not just from the bank.
This week has been crazy, that's my life. This is my world, welcome to it...LOL
