I'm going on a camping trip for Memorial Day weekend and I need some good
traveling music to listen to. So that gave me an idea, what do you listen to when
you go on long trips. My trip isn't long, but I don't want to listen to the same songs
over and over and the radio isn't going to work half the time.
The classic traveling music would have to be songs like "On the Road Again"
and...well on the top of my head I can't think of any songs...LOL
I prefer new country, rock and rap (and some pop songs).
I was just wondering what everyone else liked...I like to ask questions...LOL

i always find simon & garfunkel and the grateful dead good driving music.

as a springsteen fan, i find that his stuff is particularly appropriate for driving, but perhaps that isn't as true for non-fans. :>

what do you listen to normally?

I normally listen to whatever is on the radio...but they don't really tell you the song title or artist. Mostly on the radio is country...I like the song "It's Five O'Clock Somewhere" By Alan Jackson and other fun country songs. I also like "Ridin' Dirty" by Chamillionare...it's a rap song. And I love Wierd Al, right now I love his song "White and Nerdy" yes it is one for "Ridin' Dirty...LOL

But like I said, I listen to the radio...and most of our trip is through mountains and areas that don't have a strong radio signal...so no radio, just CD's. I need to get some new CD's for the trip. I'm thinking Wierd Al...LOL
