  RWW- Technically you are incorrect in quoting Mr. Clinton.  And if that were his quote, technically you would be incorrect. However, in the spirit of all things being fair -yes, I am probably a bleeding-heart liberal, I am Canadian, after all-his quote I do believe was "I did not have sexual relations with that woman...".  So in that light you are correct.  Did you follow that?  It's rather scattered, I apologize.
