  I dislike seeing women or men that are overweight.  It makes me nervous for their health and self esteem.  I believe a woman can be "beautiful" even when they're overweight, but that doesn't make it an excuse to not work on the figure.  I am hardest on myself when I put on a few pounds, so I would hope other people are too.  It doesn't help that society worships anorextics.

  You know I posted this a while ago, and I would rescind it, but its up there. I was a bit harsh. I didn't at all mean to say that fat women arent beautiful they are if they truly believe that however, it has almost become expected for such a person to say that, sort of repeating the lie so it becomes true. Being overweight is unhealthy, if you are comfortable with that, then shame on you. If you are trying to change that and in the process of making change know yourself to be beautful from the inside out, then I support you but people like monique perpetuating the cliche or rather the lie, is sad.

  Here's why: Because if you're overweight, and miserable about it, it will NOT help you to lose any weight, BUT- if you're happy and fat, you're also likely more active, and more likely to keep trying to get your weight down to more reasonable levels. Nobody WANTS to be fat. Some might say they're happy that way, but having recently found myself past the point of weight I can tolerate, I can tell you ABSOLUTELY that NOBODY enjoys being fat. AND I can tell you WHY- It's not because they feel ugly... though many do. It's because they can't afford to buy new clothes and the old ones don't fit. It's because standing up STRAIGHT hurts. It's because seriously overweight bodies don't behave the way they should, and because they get tired a lot more easily. Being fat PHYSICALLY hurts.  It is beyond uncomfortable, and most of the things they're told to do to lose weight HURT WORSE.
  
  You're half right though- Enormous women should not go around telling everyone else that it's good to be that way.  I'm only a little on the fat side, for the first time in my life, and it's miserable. Still... I believe that does answer the question pretty honestly. Don't bash on the gals who're just trying to not loathe themselves. That doesn't help anybody.

  We have to admit that some fat women lie. But we can't say that all fat women are lying. Some big women are still beautiful, take a look at those at largeplace.com. Big can also be beautiful and healthy.
