    ROTFL that was so funny.
    Artistically its taboo as they take on the tradition Nestling doll. She is a mother with all her children inside till it gets to the small- one the ultimate mother.     In fairness, it's also a matter of experience. If you weren't familiar with Afghan culture it wouldn't be reasonable to expect you to spot the design of the garment - which is certainly not far different from some nuns' garb at all.

    LJ- wow I am sorry to hear that,  I loved the movie.  I saw Wild Orchid with Mickey Roarke.  I was not that impressed with it, I felt they were trying to copy 9 1/2 weeks.  That movie cannot be outdone. I thought it was done in pretty good taste.

    Mom, I enjoyed the book of The Story of O but I think that the movie was tamed considerably to get an R rating. It treats bdsm in a fairly romantic way but I'm sure you'll enjoy it if you found 9-1/2 weeks entertaining.

    Lioneljay - I'm a bit late here in the conversation I guess but I wanted to comment on the first photo you posted....
     
    As soon as I saw it I immediately "read" it from right to left.  I saw it as exploration.  She starts with a simple vibrator and becomes more and more free with her sexuality until she is finally freed by finding her true self through bondage.  This thought process will probably not make sense to most but as I live in the BDSM lifestyle it makes perfect sense to me and actually reminds me of the journey I've taken in exploring my sexuality.

    Well from the photography standpoint they are really amazing shots....very interesting. Since you like pearls did you ever see my flickr photos?  There is a very pealy photo or two in there?  It's private now so you'd have to email and join flickr if you were interested in seeing them.  Nothing bad.  Very tasteful. 

    That first one you posted...the nesting thing..with the little dolls....changing woman thing....that is absolutely freudian....LOL....jokes could be told ON AND ON about that one....it's hilarious...  it made me so think about the progression of our standards today and actually the women in my family....from a couple generations back to the next few forward.
