I enjoy listening to and playing Jazz, improvisation is so incredible and from the heart. Does anybody else on here enjoy Jazz greats such as wes montgomery?? It's such a great feeling, music.

I have been waiting for this topic. I love the sound of a saxaphone, because somehow, when I'm in a mood I cannot describe, that sound does. A soul sound. I've only recently started listening to Miles Davis, which is the horn, I think, but I would appreciate some direction into practioners of the "soul sax sound".Thanks, Mica -

My Mom is a big fan of Gospel Jazz, and my Father was a huge fan of music. He had a huge collection of records. Jazz wasn't my thing but I did enjoy listening to the records every weekend. -
