I believe I spoke before about not liking being sick for any reason? Well, it's been bad Tuesday and Wednesday--head-aches and throat soreness and hacking up all manner of phlegmy horridness--but so far my flu-like symptoms are clearing up, and I'll hopefully be up to speed tomorrow.
Also, yes... I heard that, apparently, Keith Richards "snorted" his father's ashes with some cocaine. I can't decide between reacting in disgust or in admiration, but I will settle with "in awe" for now. I am in awe, not only of his candidness about this, but also of his desire to keep at least the particles of a loved one in his body.
Make of that what you will.
And now, to my soup, to my vegging-out-entertainment session with my cartoon collection, and then to bed and hopefully to 80% recovery by mid-day tomorrow.

I wonder why he really did that? It sounds more disrepectful to me than anything else. Mixing in his father's ashes with an illegal and abusive substance sounds like acting out to me. And really, still snorting coke at his age?At any rate, I hope you're feeling better tomorrow. :-) -
