when i lift myself up on my chair and suspend, my lower back cracks. i do it every 15 minutes or so. am i going to have arthritis there too now? i should already have it in my fingers and big toes. why does it seem so satifying? is anything really happening? is the sound just a placebo that makes me feel like i am counteracting the weight of my self on my ass? well placebos do work sometimes. i am going to the gym after work, ... eh a call! on my cell phone. a number but no name, i don't answer those. i haven't given my number out lately (i don't think) so they probably want money? i dont know the area code... oh dear a message..
