When a was a kid no-one seemed to take an actual intrest in me (I'm putting this as nicely as possible).  Sure, I had ( and still have) a sharp sense of humour, I was smart, I was friendly and kind and helpfull but why did no-one like me?  Simple.  I didn't like myself.  Its funny how people pick up on these things.  Its not very complicated; if you don't like yourself, why should a total stranger waste their energy on you?

Think about it.  You see someone with their head down and shoulders slumped, and everytime you try to carry out a conversation with them all they talk about is their sad little life.  Would you want to spend 2 more minutes around this person?  Yes, we all have problems and we could all use some love.  But the most important and strongest and most important love of all is the love we give ourselves. 

There are a reasons of ways to feel good to be alive.  Whether its listening to your favorite artist, doing the job that you love, worshiping which ever Higher Power you belive in or just being with the ones you love, you'll soon realise that the world can be such a beautiful place to be.  

There is only one you in the whole world.  Out of 6 billion people there is no-one quite like you!
