There is so much talk on welfare of the women in society.Discussiions are there in Parliament and several other forums. What is the result? Practically nothing! This is the time that women themselves should take more of initiative to ensure better rights to them. The women can do better there is no doubt about it and history is full of instances where ladies played much bigger a role than men. History alone should not be considered as enough and something practical can emerge only when the ladies themselves decide to be in the fore front and decide their own fate.
