  So... from what i gathered here .... you have a desk but its not your primary work station, you work with computer but only for keeping your inventory and  bookkeeping , you dont work in the construction business, you dont sell directly to publci but you do have a specific group of customer.

  My question: do you travel a lot or stay on the road some hours of the day to reach these specific costumers?

  D6........my weirdo ex boss had a Gaggia Espresso machine....she ordered it from Italy.....when i told her i knew how to use it she instructed me to go to her house the next mornign for preparing the espresso for her breakfast ..AND... teaching her only Spanish speaking 65 years old housekeeper to use it...let me tell you..it has been quite an experience..nutcake....

  But the Gaggia are great machines...also the Illy Espresso are very good...

  A friend of mine used to work installing water systems in homes... he would tell me the funniest stories about his customers...lol...

  Yes Gaggia is like the oldest company out there I believe....a friend of mine has an old one...the lever type...not too many bars are using those...everything is automatic....although I installed a Victorio Arduina a few months ago that was a manual machine....beautiful machine...hammered brass....made the best shots you'd ever seen....can't believe they put in in a drive thru bar though....lot of work...and it really is a show piece
