and they did pick up the wheel and cast it across the sea westward, and it did land upon a land of virgins and in the midst of a land of babes - of houses of babes and sucklings-

and there were princes and princesses in the land and they were exceeding fair, and they were as babes and children - and the children looked - and behold - the carousel.

and the children loved the carousel - for it was exceedingly beautiful - and the virgins ran upon it and they rent the robes of their virginity, and did cast themselves upon them -

and they were as fields of grass and of flowers - and the four horses stood in the midst - and they did eat them up as rare and common flowers - and that which they ate not, they trampled - and that which they trampled not, upon them they rolled -

and the unicorn was troubled at the vision; and he abhorred it - for he percieved that he was this great horse - and he abhorred himself - for he saw the destruction and the slaughter which was reaped upon the virgins...

and he looked and behold the princes of the land did cheer them - and they stood round about- and rejoiced in the revel of the horses;

and they made them head-dresses and garments, even robes and masks of gold - and their robes covered them from their heads even unto their ankles;

and their masks were as the heads of the horses and they took upon them the countenances of the horses- and they put boots on their feet, and they stood round about

and when the horses were finished with the maidens, then came they and did entreat them likewise, in the same manner- for behold they were changed and appeared as the horses- and the maidens loved them and lay with them also- for they loved the countenance of the horses.

And the princes made them idols and images - even images of gold - and these were the manner of the images they made- even images of the horses, and with horns -

and they did praise the horses - because the princes found favor in the eyes of the maidens, for the horses' sakes - therefore they made them images - like unto them, and they did set them up and worship them- and the maidens were gathered unto them as unto the horses.. ...{even to this day}

And the wheel fell upon the houses of the land,, and they were broken -
