Last night I just couldn't sleep - first I had to lie really still on my back, as I painted my toe nails. Then there was a mozzy flying round my head. I got up and put on some mosquito repellent lotion.
I went to bed at about 11pm, but ended up lying awake till about 1:30am. Today I can't keep my eyes open. I'm constantly yawning.
I've just had a redbull which hasn't taken effect yet. The dilemma about it all is that I'm going out tonight (my bf is surprizing me), and I don't see how I'm going to make it to 7pm - lol.
I'm gonna have another redbull, maybe exercise a bit when I go home - any other suggestions?
