Lewis Libby was found guilty, but is a joke. I'm sure President Bush will pardon him before leaving White House as Reagan pardon Oliver North. He does a few month jail times, big deal. The whole thing is deceitful as if we all are bunch of stupid retarded citizens.

The real joke of it all was that this was supposed to be about leaking the name of a covert CIA operative, but they didn't charge him with that because they couldn't make that case. So all they convicted him of is peripheral charges.We'll see if Libby wins a new trial. If he doesn't, Bush might indeed have to whip out the pardon pen.It's all a silly dog and pony show. -

As a Republican, as long as you got the connection, whatever political crime you commit, will be easily get away with it. Even when you're caught, is just a hypocritically temporary show and your family will be taking care for being loyal.
As a Democrat, you most likely will be target of private eyes. Everything you do is under radar and use it against you in the future. You little mistake, personally or not will become tabloid headline engineered by Republican backers. You should not just a no wrong doer, but also expected to be as clean as saint. Unless, you're one hell of the clever dirty scum hold your opposition dirts to protect you.
