Does anyone know of a good website to help people with Windows questions? I mean dumb questions that are probably really easy if you think about it. I have used a computer for quite awhile, but there are still a lot of things I don't know, but don't even know where to look for help.

Also, has anyone ever tried those Video Professor CD's? I want to learn excel, but I don't have time to take a course at the local community college. I'm wondering if they are even worth trying. Any opinions?
