A while ago, I was surprised when an old friend of mine, Rain, sent me a message in friendster. Eventually we exchanged yahoo id's and chatted for a while... There will be a continuation later tonight. Rain was a guy that I both hated and like. Oh yeah, he was also Ching's friend(my ex boyfriend). Hmm... Complicated isn't it. actually he just told me last night that he liked me and that I make him happy even if we were just talking. he told me that I was remarkable because I have a great mind and personality, not to mention daw na I am so pretty na. Sabi pa nga nya I was even prettier now compared to our pretty batchmates before. {{we were the biggest nerds in school kasi}} And he was asking kung ano ang gagawin ko kung may dadagdag sa list ko ng suitors. Hahaha...

hi queen and Lioness :D thanks. Oo nga eh. There are so many guys around these days, that I don't even know why they are there in the first place. I mean I never plan to be "pacute" or attract guys. I just want to be me, I guess. I am a bit surprised that during the times when I was trying so hard for guys to notice me, that only a few do notice me. Now, I don't even try, and they come swarming. I guess life has a strange way of working.
Yup, I am indeed a late bloomer. Though back in high school, there were a few guys who seem to be interested in me. But now, I guess they are more intrigued by me, and I think guys at present see me as a challenge and as an enigma.
Back then, as I stated earlier, I tried so hard to be noticed. Now, I am just me, plain old me, and it seems that I am quite a trophy these days. I don't know. LOL. {{talk about being too confident}}
When I was in high school, I was surrounded with so many beautiful people that I wasn't noticed by cute guys. I had self-esteem issues and as a distraction, I turned towards achieving a lot of awards, winning contests here and there, and did not take care of my appearance. Though there are still some back in high school who tells me that I am cute. Even my mom and sisters back then told me that I had potential to be a heartbreaker, I just have to be more presentable.
Whew, what a long comment. Maybe I should post another blog about my esteem issues in high school and how I came to be these days.

When girls do the chasing, boys usually shy away. Ok, let them do the chasing then. hahaha... Oh well, I never tried to do the chasing, even if it seems to be the last strategy to do just to be noticed.
At least you turned out to be a beautiful swan earlier ignored by those cute guys. You know what, when I was in college, there were lots of cute guys around too. Strangely, they don't seem that attractive anymore years after. I guess our tastes and preferences change as we age.

Hehehe... Yup, there are lots of beautiful people on that part LOL. Just kidding. I actually studied in an exclusive private high school were the rich kids attend. LOL. No, I'm not a rich kid. LOL, though my family can afford to send all me and my sisters there. Since they are rich kids, they are also spoiled brats too. LOL. Most of them are spoiled beautiful kids! LOL. Oh well, that is life.
At least I didn't turn out to be snobbish and a spoiled brat right! :D LOL
