  i blame you, not bronx. you're the one asking him publicly to solve your problem by violating intellectual property laws. when you post a comment to a blog entry, it's not private by definition.

  Perhaps, I should explain  how the original link came about.
  
  It was an offer made to me freely as a member of a software forum - I posted on it on my blog, added a link to it, and extended the offer to my subscribers, especially since I didn't want it then!
  
  Just stick around for the next time I post a useful link - but remember that the link would work for only a short time!
