B. was at the phone with his mother yesterday and he became more and more nervous -- I don't know what they were talking about, but I guess it was something related to work. He hanged up. Then he stand and punched the door -- and open a hole in it!!!!!!
I was not able to talk. I just waited for him to come back on the couch and passed my hand on his leg. Then I passed some alcohol on the little cut he had on his hand.
I hate when he's taken by fury.. I just don't know what to do! Should I try to calm him?
I feel so stupid just standing there without doing anything...

that depends: is he the kind that likes to work off his anger doing something else or does he brood on it? or something else? that should tell you, i think.

I know this rage too well, first hand. I lived with another man (not the Italian I referenced on one of your older posts), but I know that when men are that angry, whether you are the source of their anger, never never never get in their way. Stay by the side, but near. Maybe in the kitchen staying busy (but with no loud noises that may irritate him). Let him calm down. If he lets you, do little things like you did to tend to his cut with alcohol, but otherwise, just let him come to you when he is ready.
Be careful that this anger is not something he will later take out on you. How well do you know him right now? How much time have you known him?
It may be nothing to be concerned, but pay attention to how he treats you ALL OF THE TIME.

we've been knowing each other for one year now -- and we 've been living together for the same time. He never never menaced me or did similar thing.
I think that if he ever does, I'll just pack my things and disappear.
