Is dieting all that good? Dieting instead of doing good could backfire. Experts have discovered that dieting actually increases a person's craving for chocolates. Dieting was something unheard of in the good old days. People used to go to bed early and rise up early. They used to work hard and their diet included fresh fruits and vegetables. They hardly ate any processed food. With the advent of the modern age their lifestyles changed. People used to go to sleep late and also rise up late. Their work involved sitting at one place for long hours. Their bodies soon started losing shape and their 'V' shaped bodies slowly started becoming 'O' shaped. That is when people in order to reduce weight started dieting. I personally feel that instead of dieting it is your lifestyle that requires a drastic change. Do you agree with me?
