My magical feet and hands....

Its Friday and i bet all of us have had a hard week...jobs, kids, family, groceries, flu and colds...

Lets relax and talk about silly things.

For example..a friend of mine told me yesterday that she discovered she has two very short and thin hair growing in the inner side corner of her eyes. She was absolutely. histerically horrified...she said "How come i have never noticed them before?'...

"Good reason for not starting noticing them now. Since you didnt see them all these years people will never see them either"...i answered her, trying to calm her down....then i suggested to simply pluck them away and dont think about them anymore.....

Now, i am wondering....which particural, peculiar physical feature you have?

I have one: the middle toe of my right foot is longer than the other ones...so it sticks out pretty clearly...its why i love open sandals but i am conscious about my feet....plus, i have a very accentuate arched feet.....reason why i love foot massage ..lol....kidding...i would love foot massage even with flat feet...lol..

The weirdness is that the middle finger of my left hand has some peculiarity as well: the last portion of the finger is sliglty curved to the left instead of being straight.

My right middle toe and my left finger mirror each other in their weirdness...lol..

Clearly a magical sign....proof of witchery and frequentation with the evil forces and the creatures of the hidden worlds.....lol...

So......do you have a peculiar feature that set you apart from everybody else?

    my elbows will bend inwards. i like doing that to the unsuspecting--it freaks 'em out a little. :D

    i am also capable of sitting quite comfortably in the "butterfly" position w/out the need for prior stretching. i used to study martial arts for a little while and that was one of the stretches we had to do.

    my ring fingers are longer than my index fingers.

    My right hand is bigger than my left hand. Each corresponding finger is about 1/4 to 1/2 inch longer on my right hand.

    And I have very very small feet.  I'm embarrassed to say that I have to buy my shoes in the children's department.  It's hard to find sneakers that don't have the Barbie logo on them.  ;)

    I have extremely high arches and a very narrow feet.  My right arm is longer than my left arm.  Chipped a growth plate in gym class in my left elbow. 
     
    I found a piece of hair flying in my eye a few days ago and it was long and grey.  It was coming out of my CHEEK!!! EAWWWW!  Thankfully, it was only one!

    The nail of my right hand ring finger is malformed.  My mother told me that it's because my finger got in the way off a sliding door once when I was a toddler, can't remember it though.  It freaks manicurists out and they always try to buff it right without success.  <*ms

    ginger- Hold on now! You have been blessed with the magical ability to stand on your left foot, with your right hand gripped in a show of defiance and give the accentuated "finger" with your left hand and an accentuated "toe" with your right foot and do it all with perfect symetry.
     
    This would make quite a statement to an unwanted would-be suitor on an Italian beach!
     
    It would work just as well in Texas I'm sure.

    gingersoul:  Wow.  I have the same "crooked middle finger thing"  only on my right hand.  I always assumed it from sucking my thumb when younger.  Will have to check out my toes to see if they match up next time my shoes are off.

    seem pretty well proportioned.
     
    I've got this bump on my forehead from falling down as a little kid. You can't
    really see it, but you can feel it. I was too stupid to put my hands out when
    I fell.
     
    My Dad finally bought a football helmet for me to wear. One of my nuts
    hangs lower than the other, can't remember which. They look opposite
    when looking in the mirror and I don't feel like pulling my pants down right
    now to tell you which it is.
     
    Other than that; Oh, I almost forgot, my right butt cheek is twice as large as
    the left. That looks pretty hilarious.............haha,........thanks Ginger

    i don't have any peculiar physical features.  mine are all brain oddities like my friend beyond up there....

    however-

    my middle daughter has the long middle toe on her left foot....her feet are the opposite of mimi's - at 13, her feet are size 10 1/2!

    my oldest has one brown eye and one green eye.

    ginger -- i'm generally nondescript. perhaps my most peculiar feature is my big feet, although it runs in the family.

    psst, mobil, it's normal in males for one nut to hang a tad lower than the other. don't know why -- maybe so they wouldn't press against each other too often. lol.

    Will add a couple to mine.  One boob bigger than the other, which is quite common I hear.  And a big round birthmark that is identical to my mothers, and in the same spot--on our backs.  At least I can't wonder if I was adopted.  Well,  Mama's baby, Papa's maybe....

    Quite a few fruit cakes... wombat my boobs are the same size but one nipple is bigger than the other and you can only tell when my head lights aren't on....

    I have the ability to look in two completely different directions which kids think is cool!

    the only really odd or yuk thing is the my feet are kind of ugly... my big toe bends extremely towards my other toes (points) and my pinkies are both like the stubs of a sawn off limb.... ewee I have hair growing on my big toes (I wax boys don't worry) and yes it's dark coloured and the only real hair I have, I'm a pretty hairless kind of person except those pesky toes!

    my husband is not unlike you silver only it's not his elbows but his thumbs.... they are like rubber!!!!! grosses me out when he does it.

    SW...my daughter can do the same with her elbow and she loves to scare other kids ....lol.....she cand do it with her thumbs too... ....the sitting butterlfy is not an easy position to hold for a long time....good for you...i am sure you know that being flexible is very useful ....*grin*

    Mimi......little feet.....it can be a challenge, you are right, a friend of mine has the same problem...but ..no, Barbie shoes noooooo..lol.....i can send you my daughter's shoes if you want...LOL....

    Daily.......what the heck...out of your cheek??? are you sure of not being turning in teh Wicked Witch of the North?...lol.......my brother has an arm longer than the other one but if he doesn't tell you, you woudln't notice it...:-)

    Mouse......you know what...i used to have an overgrown nail on my left thumb many years sago,.....it seemed like the nail was swollen or something...it did go away by itself though.....odd, i forgot about this details....:-) 

    Beyond....LOL.....you cracked me up......absoluitely, you weirdest feature IS your brain!...... you know what?.... men never noticed my weird finger but the did notice my toe....go figure.....do you think that maybe is because after the second date i am already putting my feet in their hands?.....LOL.......Now what your priceless brain would think of that? ...:-)

    Mobil......this is unbeliavable...you made me remember another peculiarity i have...and i think this is even weirdest than the other ones...and i completely forgot about it..

    Ok.....if you will ever caress my head (i higly doubt will ever happen, Mobil, but who am i to say never?...lol..)..so, if you will ever caress my head you will pull your hand away like electric shocked and you will ask me, worried "Did i hurt you?" or "What the heck do you have there?" or, as a friend put it, "That's why you are so nuts. You fell from the crib and you never recovered from your head injury"

    This because on my rigth side, covered completely by the hair but perfectly noticeable if you touch it, i have a pretty big bump....any shampoo girl washing my hair has has asked me the same thing (see above question, minus the last one).

    I think its a overgrown calcium stratification of my skull...its quite round and never bothers me if rarely...

    My husband used to say it was the proof i was an evil creature...he called it 'Satan's horn".....i dont know anybody else with such a thing...i wouldn't ever shave myhead because of this horn.....odd that i forgot abou it...:-)

    Secret.....oh...like me...cute...lol...and i like eyes of a different colors...like David Bowie.....:-)

    Hi you guys.  Sorry I missed out on the fun tonight.  Was really burnt out and needing bed rest and quiet time.  Had to get up when I realized we had a water problem.  Seems its the snow on the roof leaking--making the carpet wet and circles on the ceilings--upstairs and down.  Thought the roof was falling in till I went in my gown tail to ask the neighbors, who were, thankfully still up.  Sorry--ranting because I was ready to sleep for a change, and now I'm all nervous.  Bah to the Northeast winters!

    I can bend all of my fingers backwards, much farther than most people can.  I can bend my thumbs in all directions.

back to normal size. Then I could move on to other parts. My parts are pretty
uniform and perfect. Except some call me tripod. Just kidding. My middle pod is
only half as long as my other two pods. Still kidding. However, I did just notice
that I do not have hair on my index fingers between the outermost knuckes. I
must be evolving to a higher, hairless life form. Or is that the way everyone is?

    I have those same hairs on the in-side of my eyes. I plucked them before but they always grow back.

    Okay, here's my contribution: the skin fold pattern on my left thumb knuckle spells the letter of my last initial. None of my other knuckles do this. Also, my right pointer finger twists inward slightly as though it has been screwed on a little too far right. Twisting it back doesn't help.

    Oh, and *wink* and *oink* ladies!

    Brilliant this is a total freak show, we are all Carnies :-D

    I've got the twisted middle finger on both hands, in line to the knuckle then curls off to the little pinky. My little toe nails grow upwards, not in line with my toes and I can do the arm bending the wrong way thing at the elbows. Oh I can also smile like a teenage mutant ninja turtle  (:-{)

    I also have dew claws like a dog and can walk up curtains like a meatfly while whistling sweet home Alabama through a whale blowhole I have in the top of my head, Ok thats not true :-)

    I have one big toe from each parent. The are the same length but my left one is square and looks exactly like my fathers and my right one is more curved and femine and identical to my mothers. My feet to not fit my body. I have high arches but the widest fattest feet I have ever seen. All of my toes are the same length and it is almost impossible to find nice shoes that fit me. When ever we go shopping my husband will run to me all excited "I found something that will fit!!!" and hand me an empty shoe box..."Just wear the box instead of the shoes!!" LOL... I love them though, I'm a great swimmer!!!

    I also have a freckle on my top lip right in the middle where it curves up. If I don't wear lip stick it looks like I have food on my face. Thankfully it is light and easy to cover.

    I broke my toe (next to the biggest) while cutting wood and ever since it healed the joint at the begining of the toe doesn't move, so every time i curl my toes under it stays straight. It looks as if I am flipping people off with my toe!!

    I am feeling kind of left out here Ginger....all of my features are kind of just ordinary.  I even went and looked in the mirror...lol...thinking there's got to be something....all I came up with are scars.  I have a tiny scar on my lip from a bad fall when I was a toddler....and I have a scar on my chin from a bad fall as an adult...does that count?

    I always start by looking to the left with both eyes and bringing the left eye back to center, so it's the right eye that remains crossed. I've never tried it in the other direction.
