I have a jobstreet account, my gateway of looking for better opportunities either local or abroad.
This day I found this link in Jobstreet.
A personality test wherein you have to answer 60 questions and you'll have a glimpse of the result.

Pretty accurate enough but still lacking some details that I already know.
And the results? Overwhelming!
I do believe on this coz' when I was in high school, I was subjected for a psychological exam.
Oooopppps not the common case but rather I was interviewed and examine coz' my mentality was way above the average. A high school student with a mind and brains of a college.

Psychological exam, question and answer in an impulse and direct, interviews, interpretation and explanation of such ideas and colors, and more...

And the result, a very impressive that no average student can have.
I was among those on the high end.
Yep, I already know that before I stepped to high school.
We had a diagnostic exam and my quotient was really above normal, more than the usual gifted.
But I just ignored and doesn't mind the result.

Just enjoying what I was doing, enjoying the competition, doing my thing without a hassle.
Until now, more and more people where asking why some skills that I have were not written on my resume'.
What?
It's already a 3-page resume a very comprehensive and summarized but you still want me to add more?

So, back to the topic...here's the result of my profile exam.
Try it, it might help you...

You are the kind of person who gets the job done! You're competent, self- disciplined, industrious and possess a high potential to make things happen.

You must have a Jobstreet account in order to take the assessment.
This CAREER Profile assessment is under jobstreet, that's why...
If you don't have an account, you may have one for free.

Tell me your test results so we can compare if the test is really working and accurate.
On my opinion, I do believe on the results though its incomplete.
As you can see, they only stated the positive or good ones.
Knowing the negative ones are also relevant and will bring a lot of help to the person.

Anyway, they have stated you'll only have a glimpse or partial view of the results...duh

You know what, I'm still humble and never focus or be proud of the results.
    I dunno.
I'm suffering from too many expectations of my mentors, colleagues, relatives and friends.
It's too much pressure on me.
I just see myself enjoying what I do, having nothing, focused on my ambitions, career conscious, exploring and trying to reach my limits, being serious of my life and my future.

What they always say when I ask them why...
"You have talents in you that you still haven't found."
"You're not using much of your skills yet you still have lots of potential."
"Kaya mo pang taasan yung grades mo, nag-aaral ka ba? (But I'm already the highest)"
"Pre anong nangyari bakit ang baba ng performance mo? (huh?)"

So I'm being pressured as much as equal to 3 torrs or 3 atmosphere or 2280mmHg.

Do I need to meet their expectations everytime?
Do I need to mind their expectations and be prepared of what they're going to say?
Their expectations are already for a super human!
I do not belong to the HEROES that has special powers!
    Is this a curse?
    Or a gift?

    I'm sorry..
just wanna let my feelings out.
This feeling came out all of a sudden.
    *sigh*
What should I do to satisfy them.
    What do they want?
To win a competition and the prize is to own the whole world?

In college, representing my school...yes I was the champ.
Lots of congratulations and prestige being awarded to me.
But right after saying "congratulations! you're so great!"....
You should have answered this and that... don't you know it? It was so easy!
You must have a bigger lead, not just 1 or 2.
    Oh my!!!

    AAaaaaarrrrrrggggghhhhh!!!
Big Ben is on top of my head!
    Aaaaaaarrrrrgggghhhhh!!!

Well with a detailed resume analysis like that, Mr. Right, if ever I become like Bill Gates or Donald Trump, I'll just have two words for you. "You're hired".  The only problem is, what type of job interests you the most, one that will keep in that position for a lifetime?

I'm ok now though still have some things to rant out.
Today is a big day to me and I'm very very happy.
I think I had a big leap towards success and career ambitions.

I've been doing well and every day more and more discoveries of myself.
I'm facing a big challenge and I hope I can cope up with their demands.
Yes, they have lots of expectations again.
I'm not afraid of the challenge, but their expectations...huhuhu
If I'll be able to comply and satisfy them...whoah!
It's a great feeling and accomplishment.
Yes a big accomplishment, a big succes, a big leap towards my ambition.
I wanna die with contributions to electronics technology, specifically semiconductors.
My GOD, I wanna be like Jack Kilby....

Please Jack, Robert Noyce, John Bardeen, William Shockley, Brattain, Forest, Fleming...please lend me your knowledge and power!!!

    That's a good point FD...

I have lots of interest I dunno, really have lots of interests that I excel.

My interests are web developing, programming, electronics, broadcasting, microwave coms, semiconductors, math so as to be a college professor, zoology, research, being an entrepeneur, troubleshooting, technical stuffs, chemistry and physics.

My ambition? To be an R&D of semiconductors!

I want a job that gives me access and opportunity to reach my dreams.

Being an FA, QC/QA, Test Engr and the very best of all, R&D Engr!

Yup. The right person for the job does not rely much on credentials but the personality and interests.
