That day has come. You know how sometime when you were much younger you wonder what would happen after 20 years of marriage. Yes that day has arrived for me. This Valentine day I will be celebarating my 20th wedding anniversary. Yes 20th wedding anniversary. Then I realised that all that I wished for has come. Today I took the bus to work with my eldest daughter. She was a job attachment as part of her polytechnic 2nd year course. It felt very odd but I was glad my daughter has grown and soom she will be a part of the workforce. I don't feel any older ever since she was crawling all around the house (nobody could catch her, she was crawling under the table, chairs..). And now she is approach 19 years old. How time flies.
My 2nd daughter has just received her O level results and she has done well to my standard achieving 8 As and a C5 in her Chinese. I am proud of her and her results and this will lead her to a course in Medicine, she want to be a doctor, one day. I dont' know, I don't feel old but my children are growing up fast I have not even hit 46 years old.
What next? Wedding, Grandchildren?
At least I still have my youngest daughter, who will still kiss me on the cheeks. Not sure for how long, before she finds it yucky. I glad that I got married young and having children young . You get to spend alot of time with them and eventually spend more thime with their children.
The Lord has always taken care on me anf my family. I do hope one day I will get the calling to serve the Lord as a missionary. I want to reach out and touch and save as many lives as possible.
Thank You Lord.
