Hello.  Do you have wishes and desires?  Are there things you want to do that are special? 

I got an e mail from a reader that wants to do two things that are special to her.  She is shy but targeted these two special things as a goal for her to accomplish.  

She wants to be on American Idol and be in movies.  Is she out of her mind?  How can she possibly pick these goals if she is shy?  She certainly can pick these goals and achieve them even if she is shy? 

Now you are probably thinking I am nuts.  I am not and she is not nuts.  Here is the scoop.  If you want something badly enough you can get it.  Even if you are shy.  If you have a burning desire you can overcome your shyness.  If you have a passion you can overcome your shyness. 

Here is your homework.  Yes homework.  You are going to tackle overcoming shyness like a subject you learn about and conquer.  Write down your passions and burning desires.  Once you do this you will see that there are many things that you want to do that are special to you.
