That is one of the best common sense approaches to ending our involvement I have read, if not the best. I now maintain Bush knows he has about a year, if fact he may not have that long unless a dramatic reversal of conditions in Iraq occurs. Within 3 to 6 months(if turnaround not evident) Congress will begin cutting off funds in stages like they did in Vietnam. It's a shame this plan you brought to our attention was not implemented back in 05. -
