I'm thinking about happiness and what it means to you, as an individual.
We all have our own perceptions about live, love and happiness, so what would make you truly happy? I mean something that you currently do not have or do not do for yourself.

If you could choose to do anything in the world (or simply your imagination) that would bring you the ULTIMATE state of happiness, what would it be?

What would you be willing to give up for that happiness?

anything at all? jeez, so many possible answers...

selfish: what i'd honestly like to do is finish writing my novel and get it published and rake in enough so that i could quit my 9-5 job.

unselfish: donate tons of money to humanitarian projects that have good track records and help my parents and parents-in-law w/ their mortgages.

It would be great to have enough money to be able to visit my home country once a year at least and also all the other countries on my list.

I would love to be able to have new cars for hubby and I each that we dont have to worry about breaking down.

If I had loads of money I would help my two brothers out of their debt and help them to set up their own businesses.

I would love for us (Hubby, son and me) to go on a family holiday to some exotic resort, where we can lie on white virgin beaches and build sandcastles in the sand and bathe in warm crystal clear water.

Ok, I'll wake up and smell the coffee now!

As much as I hate to say it, I'd fall back on the "great big butt-load" of money. Not very original or creative, but it can do so much for your loved ones & others. I was watching an interview with author Michael Crichton(sp?) and he was asked what he liked most about all that money. He said "freedom, it gives me freedom". That says a lot.

    Some great answers; thanks!

It's always fascinating to know what people aspire to in fantasy and reality.
For myself I would go with the being a published, fabulously wealthy author/poet, with enough money to fund many different charitable projects and pay off the mortgages for all my family members.

Not too much to ask for is it?
