Sometimes I wonder how come the Westerner are better than Asians in term of management skill. Is there any special remedy which make the magic so well for Western company to succeed in modern management of business. Why most of the Asian companies require their staff to work as long as possible where else the Western companies can work in shorter hour and more efficient?
