Just got back from Lao trip and so busy until I can't even post something here. Got a great opportunity to setup a new company to support the businesses in Lao after spending sometimes there to visit factories and resorts. I will be part of the marketing services team to help to layout the marketing plan and corporate structure of the company there. But the problem is I am working alone and require a lot of knowledge and skill to complete this mammoth tasks which I believe I am still lack in. I admitted to my partner that I am not that good as he thinks I am. What type of book I need in order to improve and learn the corporate structuring skills and how to turn a family business to a modern corporate company? Anyone?
