Since I am in need of a caffeine rush, I decided to buy myself a cup of coffee. I was thinking of either buying from Mister Donut or from 7/11. I'm not that rich to buy Starbucks every now and then.
So I decided to buy from 7/11 since the coffee is much cheaper and I love their variants. So I then chose a coffee and proceeded to pay in the counter. Then the attendant smiled at me, and asked if I was wearing Bench Capture. Er, yes. And here I thought my cologne do not last for more than an hour. And to think that I was 2 yards from him. Oh well. Hmm...
Yesterday though I was wearing a different cologne, Polo Sport. Which really really lasts, however, it smells so good that it lasts for half a day. Hmm... though I smelled more like a guy in this cologne.
The other week, I was experimenting with the rose cassis from Body Shop. Hmm... they smelled good too.
I also loved the way Victoria Secret smelled. But now, I am trying on a new scent. I used to smell tooty fruity back in high school!
Why do I dig Bench scents by the way? Well, since I am a cheapscake, its very cheap, and for 300 pesos, you can have a rather large bottle. Second is that it smells good. Third, it lasts. Fourth, it fits my personality.
I remember a time when my girl officemate commented that I smelled so good that she wanted to hug me... er she wasn't the only one who wanted to hug me, there's also my guy officemates! hehehehe.
I really do value smells. If a person smells good, I am easily attracted to that person, but if the person oozes with foul smell such as BO, er, even if he is the most gorgeous man in the planet, er I would get away from the guy as much as possible.
Its just my two cents!

hi queen! yup a guy with a BO is a really big turn off. I remember one time when I rode the bus and it was on a non-airconditioned bus. The guy who sat beside me was wearing a sleeveless shirt, and he ain't smelling too good. eww.. anyways, er, there was no vacant seats left so I just poured my cologne onto myself hoping that it would overpower his BO.
all in all, I was a little dizzy and I showered so as to make sure that his smell did not get into my clothes wahahah :D
hmm... where do you buy that? I am curious heheh :D
silver. yup bad smells are a big no no. Not only it does reflect your personality, it says a lot on how you take care of yourself.
Guys, imagine, you have to kiss someone with halitosis, err.... that's as bad as hugging a person with a BO hahaha :D

I am into colognes and perfumes too. I agree with you, smelling good is a plus factor. You feel confident, you feel good. When I want to feel like a "manang" of sort, you know, formal occassions, I use Tea Rose or Rose Noire.. I always loved the scent of roses or America, which is for men, but it smells good too.
For ordinary days, I use local colognes that are mild. I loooove bench's capture dazed, it's sooo sweet. Have you tried their baby colognes?? -

Gosh darn it. Now I am in for a rough night thinking of colognes and perfumes etc. Did I ever tell you that the French women don't like tobathe all that well? Whew...the term "French Bath" came from the factthat they slather/pour/douse/saturate/stand in/ garggle/ suspend themselves with heady perfumes.One time I was choking and gagging..and this French lady said to me"What, don't you like "evening in paris"I said..Evening in Paris.? .hell I thought that was a hot afternoon on ahorse ranch.Kings Men ..Men's cologne was the No.1 smell for some of thestreet walkers over there.It was hugely expensive and must havecost ..um..maybe ten cents for a 35 gallon drum of the shit. cops. LOL. really they smell like that. Unfortunately, too much cologne makes my nose a little runny hehe :D. I myself just pour enough cologne that won't make dogs thousands of miles away chase ya.

EVENING IN PARIS? My mom used to wear that. She smelled heavenly but my mom took baths every day. When I got older I went in search for that perfume. I finally found it in an antique store. I bought it but all that I could smell was alcohol, the scent was gone. :( but i still keep the small bottle in my figurine cabinet.
