more than a month i spent my days without surfing the net. a month before all neighboring towns were in the dark, without electricity, cable tv, telephone lines... almost everything was wrecked by the typhoon. we learned to live the old way, utilizing all the resources our hands laid upon. powered with portable generators we can only make use of our home equipments minimally. all of us suffered, but those who suffered more are those that were covered by landslides in a nearby city, it makes me feel lucky enough to be alive and breathing, thinking that my misfortunes is nothing compared to what our mother nature did to them. most of us pity ourselves for all the setbacks we experienced in our lives, always complaining that fate been cruel to them all the time. the way i see it we must learn to accept things that happened already, the best thing to do is to find ways to prevent the same thing from taking place again. feeling down will never help us, it will only make us feel depressed. so here i am, back here in soulcast, where i'll make a typhoon out of my blogs...
