The problem with new year's resolutions is that we make one that is considerably difficult to achieve and then go cold turkey.
So I'm going to set the bar low-- no complaining.
Recently I've had an episode with pain; and here's what I learned-- pain means you're alive, and the moment you stop feeling pain is when you're either juiced up with anesthesia, high on drugs, drunk, or worse DEAD.
