Well I figured since Ginger had the Christmas party, I will have the New Year's party.
So come one come all and enjoy New Year's at xagirl's house. We'll have plenty of Vodka and other liquor. Wonderful snacks and good food. I have the table up and ready for you poker players.

so i brought red wine, gin tonic, Bailey, tequila (the one with the worm inside...) and some good beer...just in case.....

Can’t wait – I gotta bring plenty ingredients for a new fruity highball I heard of, called Alien Sky.
- 1 - Shot White Rum
- 1 - Shot De Kuyper Cherry Brandy
- 0.75 - Shot De Kuyper Blue Curaçao
- 4.5 - Shots Pineapple Juice
- 3 - Shots Orange Juice
Method: Shake all ingredients together with ice except the Blue Curaçao. Strain into a highball glass half filled with crushed ice. Top with Blue Curaçao (do not stir before serving).
Additional notes: Use freshly squeezed Pineapple & Orange Juice if possible. Garnish with a slice of star fruit if desired.

WARNING – This cocktail should not be taken lightly.
Zombie - A particularly dangerous drink. Fill a shaker up to 2/3rds of ice add a large (50ml) shot of golden rum (Havana Club 3 year old perhaps), a small (25ml) shot of dark rum (Myers possibly), a small shot of apricot brandy, a dash of sugar syrup, a small shot of lime juice and a large shot of pineapple juice. Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with ice, and float a layer of 151 proof rum on top.
Hey satyr - quiet and in your 50s? Your true colours are starting to shine my friend, when talking of such things as being "restrained". That reminds me - I must put that on my new year's list of things to do. I haven't been in that position for a while ;-)
