1. drink a glass of water before venturing into the bathroom.
2. sit up straight on the toilet the entire process.
3. take deep breaths. stay relaxed, and do not clench your fists or squint your face.
4. imagine all of the waste effectively and painlessly exiting your body.
5. relax your feet and do not clench your toes. take a few swallows.
6. do not concern yourself with what is falling into the toilet. just focus on sitting up straight and letting the poop come out.
7. drink an herbal laxative tea before the pooping process if you foresee trouble.
8. after your bowels have stopped moving, wipe away the remaining poop with toilet paper. if you inspect your poop, this is the time to do it.
9. drop the paper into the toilet. flush the toilet.
10. take notes about your poop so you know what is normal for you. unhealthy body function is often revealed in your poop. if you notice blood, excessive mucous, or anything unusual about your poop, you should consult a health care professional.
11. drink a lot of water throughout the day to ensure the pooping process will be easy each time.
12. eat fresh fruits and vegetables to flush out the meat, dairy, and chemicals in our lives.
13. enjoy getting rid of the toxic waste trapped inside our bodies that is actually a present for the earth....poop!
