  Dearest Secret First I want to thank you for your posts. I really enjoy them, and second I want to thnk you for your comments to my post. I appreciate your insight. I would like to respond to a couple of your comments if you don't mind. You're right about taking some time for myself, it's just easier said than done. I try sometimes but someone always ends up pissed off. In the end it creates more trouble than it's worth and I always end up feeling selfish and guilty. Do I want to burden my boys? No, but I do want them to un- derstand that there is a circle to life. I don't want them to lose control of their lives as I have done but I do think they have some responsibility in caring for me when I'm older. I don't want to end up dying in some home with no one around. I wouldn't want that for anyone, which is why I take care of my grndma. I've worked in those places and no matter how nice they seem they are not pretty. As far as my perverted child mosesting brother goes, this happened when my sister was only about 10 and my brother was 14 or 15. Does that matter do you think? He rational izes it by saying he was not yet an adult. BUT, it was still his sister. I thought about telling the police but I think it has been far too long since they are both well into adult hood and since I am not the direct victim I don't think they would do too much. My sister would be much to ash- amed to ever come forward and make a report anyway. My sister says she has been through years of therapy, al- though no one in our family ever knew about it. My mother knew about the abuse but did nothing to stop it and she died 3 yrs ago. I guess there is really not too much I can do about it. I hate my brother for this and do not speak to him ever nor do I let my kids around him but I worry about his new daughter who is just two. What happens when she turns 5 or 10? I've told his child bride but she doesn't believe it. He has convinced her I'm lying. She's young enough that she believes whatever he tells her. Well Thank you again maybe I'll be able to sign in on Dec. 9th believe it. He has convinced her I am lying.

  Bronx....The rooms are open 24/7. I'll update the post to 4pm EST....i'm no genious. Ginger has been requesting that we set up a chatroom for months.  i was hoping to be able to make it a private one but don't know any chat programs that support that.  And yes, this will expand our relationships in many ways.

  CW, what happens when you create a Yahoo group is that you are setting up a small email forum. All posts are made via email, though you can do so from within the group's page within Yahoo. Each user can decide to receive the posts as emails or to use the web page interface instead (or both). It's not as quick and responsive as a chat room but is a very useful tool for asynchronous conversations.

  HELP!  Okay, I admit that I waited til the last day, but I've been trying all day, and I can't get into yahoo chat.  I already have a yahoo email account, so getting an ID was no problem, I already had one.  But when I click on the link in your original post, I get a cannot open page... then I'm redirected to Yahoo's main page, but everything I do seems to go round in circles.  I can never get to the point where I see the Yahoo! Messenger menu as it shows in the instructions.  Is anyone well versed in explaining these things to someone as if they were four years old?  Actually, a four year old could probably be able to crack this before I could.  Anybody?

  kruu:  go to the regular www.yahoo.com home page.  on the left menu, find Messenger.  If it's not listed, there's a whole menu of other services available.  You will be able to download yahoo messenger from there.

  Step one is downloading Messenger.

  Kruuyai, try logging in to Yahoo Messenger and then navigating to the chat rooms with this menu path: Messenger/Yahoo Chat/Join a Room. This path may differ depending on which version of Yahoo Messenger you have installed on your computer. I just used this path to find my way to the Tiki Lounge and it worked very easily.

  Yes, i found Tiki Lounge easily.....ony problem is that i tried to sign with my SC username and Messenger, even though looked like my adding has been succesfull, when i went to try it on room it was listed in my options names...... so unless i will be able to do it later, i will have to sign tomorrow with a different name...it sucks........ LJ...do you any suggestion for me about this problem?

  Ginger, the only suggestion I have for this is to create a yahoo account using the gingersoul name or simply to tell people in the chat room who you are. I don't know how to change the name that appears when you are in a chat room. If it's possible, maybe someone else can post the directions here.
