  Lots of us don't know and  really on pretend that we can tell.  Of course nearly every test for fake books has shown that people can only tell a little over half the time so my guess is women can't tell either.  Its just jealousy.  As for Pamela if all fake boobs look like hers I hope I never see any real ones ever again in life.
   
  The real answer however is we would prefer not to know.  As long as we don't know in most cases we don't care.  And it some cases (if your flat) we don't care even when we find out.

  Maybe you can't tell on the good boob jobs, but I've seen enough balloon boobs to know that you can tell easily for such fake ones. Do you really find pamela's giant balloons, completely disproportionate to her body, attractive?

  I stand by my two main points which combine into one.
  1.  Most guys can't tell.
  2. Most guys don't want to know (even if they can tell they don't bother)
   
  If these two statements were false then wouldn't plastic surgery be less prevalent than it is claimed to be?  For that matter why on every single spot the fake boobs tests I've seen have most people scored just over 60%?

  I think your missing my point. Maybe it's hard to tell the good jobs that are done at a reasonable size. When a girl looks like she has two balloons in her shirt it's obvious. Pamela is one of these cases and it's a turn off.

  Course the thing is that I feel this is one of those things where most people must be lying.  All guys that I meet or hear about claim to hate fake tits.  But Pam still had/has a great career based mostly on her tits.  How is this possibly if 90% of us really hate that look as we so often claim?

  I LOVE fake tits! My last 3 girlfriends all had them and once you've relished in them it's very hard to go back to real tits. If they are going to be real , they must be tiny like little nipples to be nice. Large real tits are gross. They sag, are flabby, and have no form or firmness. Large tits must be fake in order for them to be nice. Btw, my favorites are the enormous balloon tits ross hates!
