While travelling in a crowded bus, I saw a man travelling standing holding the strap above, positioning his elbow in such a way that touches the breasts of a fellow lady passenger. The lady passenger who could have moved away to avoid punches from his elbow did not move, but stood still allow him all the opportunity to hit her on her breasts.  Was she enjoying the situation. Even when a seat fell vacant, she did not go to occupy it.  It looked very strange. Many of my fellow passengers noticed it.
