  We have some shows here that i really am hooked on--  i'm actually embarrassed about a few of
  them but damn!  fun is fun!
   
  One of them is the bachelor....one man he starts with 30 or 40 women and narrows it down to 1
  in a matter of 6 weeks or so...sometimes they switch and intead of a bachelor it's a bachelorette.
   
  I love the music reality shows like american idol....my kids watch them with me!

  secretlife- i have seen that programme ,it is not my kind of thing but i can see why people like it! the 'x' factor is the orginal 'american idol'-simon cowell also hosts it! its not the programme itself that annoys me,its the people on it who think they are superstars overnight-the best example i can think of is 'big brother'-i dont know if you know of it,in case you don't-a group of people stay in a house together for the summer-3months- they are evicted once a week,one by one. the winner becomes famous and wins money-its the biggest load of s**** ever made-as the people are mainly talentless unlike 'american idol'-i suppose!!!!!!!

  I'm hooked on 'Reality TV'...there I SAID IT!  I almost fee free, but I watch almost all of them. 
  Big Brother, I liked the All Star version. 
  The Bachelor, SL is going to have to fill me in, it's a conflict in my TV schedule.  Last time I saw it was the second episode where the girl was singing Opera off the balcony.
  Trading Spouses, that show just makes me realize how 'perfect' my husband is, lol
  Wife Swap, same thing for me as Trading Spouses
  The Biggest Loser, just makes me realize how much I NEED to gain weight and I love to see them when they lose so much weight and how happy they are.
  Survivor, I watch it because my Husband does and my Sister comes over to watch it.  I don't mind it, but it's getting a little old.
  My FAVORITE 'Reality' show is The Amazing Race.  I have been watching it since season one and was ticked last year with the family edition.  Didn't have the same rush, it was lacking a lot.
   
  I watch American Idol, Celebrity Fit Club (with the 'Z' list celbrities), Hell's Kitchen, and Gordon Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares when they're on, I actually love them all.  I've only seen one British version of Celebrity Fit Club, but I didn't know any of their celebrities at all.  I watched 'The Swan' but felt so wrong watching it and it hasn't been on since forever.  Come to think of it, neither has 'Extreme Makeover' (not the home edition).
   
  The WORST reality show for me is 'America's Got Talent'  ULGH, it's so horrible.  I can't believe they're having another season of it.
   
  SL, you have to fill me in on The Bachelor!  I'm going to have to set up an e-mail address for sc only, lol.  Then I could show you that damn scar that we've been talking about and I can get my Bachelor fix.  I was devistated that the two from last year broke up.  The guy that's on their now...yikes, not hot at all.  I don't care how 'Royal' he is, keep your fortune, lol!

  Daily....... me, Secret and Momsrock started to talk about the Bachelor soon after the first episode.
  Then i had to leave  for Italy. They dont have this show there. They copied the idea but isn't even clsoe to it.
  So like you i missed some...i read that two of my favorites are still on: Agnese because she is Italian, sweet and doesn't speak English and Sadie, because she seems real and has a nice name.
  I hope to be able to watch this new episode because it seems my tv is not working and i have no idea why....
  Secret will have to tell us her reactions to the show....
   
  Bullblogg...beside this one i might occasionally watch Supernanny (my daughter loves it), i might watch the selections for American Idol and the last episode with the winner...that's it.
  I used to watch Big Brother one summer i was in Italy.....you get hooked to some personalities but i agree with you, nothing to compare with real talents....Is Food Network considered reality tv? I dont; think so....but i do watch it often...
  I don't like Survivor. I like the idea of Amazing Race.

  hey all- i dont know half the programmes you are talking about-each to their own and all that-what i will say is 'super nanny' is good but i think 'nanny 911' is more watchable-don't know why!!!!! its not that i hate reality tv guys- i just don't like the people from them shows who think they are as great as 'marlon brando' and such great actors! it annoys me greatly!!! thanks for your great opinions-might have to watch a few you guys are watching!!!!(just to fit in ,you see.............!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

  I don't think you can actually watch entire episodes, but you can see clips.
   
  I really need to see if they have The Bachelor on On Demand cable the day after it's on.  I thought 'he' was a bit of a dork and just grossed me out a little at first...
  I can't believe the Italian that doesn't speak a word of English is still on there! Then again, I can't believe if he's SO 'Royal' in Italy why doesn't he speak Italian?
  I feel so badly that you HAD to go to Italy, Ginger, lol!
   
  My Sister got me watching a game show 'Deal or No Deal'  I don't know why, but I actually like it and it doesn't take brains to play it.  Maybe that's why I like it, lol! 
   
  I hear what you're saying Bull, they're not great actors and they will NEVER be as great as Brando!
