Ok, so by now most of you know that I'm a major tech geek.  And I think this post will prove it once and for all.  Mozilla just released a new version of their web browser called Firefox (if you don't what Firefox is, shame on you!) and I have to say,  HOLY SHIT!  I'm a big fan of Firefox and love it way better that IE.  I really didn't think they could have improved on an already top notch web browser, but they did.

I've been using the latest version for about a week now and I finding that this is the browser to end all browsers.  The first thing I noticed when I first started using it was the new way the tab feature works.  Normally when I click on a link a new window pops ups, but with Firefox 2.0 it just ups open a new tab.  Another improvement was a built in spell checker.  I suck at spelling.  So this feature is something that blew me away.  It checks your spelling in real time and you can easily change the word to its correct spelling just like in Word by right clicking on it.

Most of the other improvements are things such as faster launch time (something 1.5 & 1.6 had a major problem with), and other misc techie things that I wont bore you with.  But all in all, get Firefox 2.0.  It will enhance your online experience and change the way you surf the web.
