  To be honest, the whole Tag This Post thing doesn't even show up for me 90% of the time. Someone told me earlier that you dont tag comments to your own post, but its not just mine that it doesn't show up on. When it doesn't show up, I get the error message that was explained in my blog. I think it has something to do with recent updates. I really only end up tagging when there is a little box that says you have to tag this post when you are commenting.

  I'm sorry you are catching flack for my comment SW, but I don't think it was overboard. It's rude to purposely and knowingly post the tag mastrubation on someone else's blog when the poster of such tag knows damn well that neither the blog or his comment has anything to do with masturbation. Posting kilroy over and over again as a tag on people's blogs is just as annoying, as is that stupid bunnies tag that someone else posts all the time.
  
  It's disrespectful to not only the person posting the blog--whether it's something substantive or fluff--and it's disrespectful to fellow readers because it purposely leads those using tags to find blogs they are interested in astray.  It' the behavior of a 15 year old.

  that said: strictly speaking, the practice of tagging a comment or post w/ "bunnies" or "kilroy" is really just as idiosyncratic as tagging it w/ one's handle, hunter's practice of tagging his stuff "HBC" or alienated using "alienation".  it's odd but frankly, i don't think it's a big deal.

  I must admit, the discourse above gave me a heartache.   Still,  it makes one appreciate SW´s previous blogs or other blogs in general for that matter, which have lively, positive, heartwarming and thought-provoking interactions, much more, doesn´t it?
  
  For this reason, I think I should not regret chancing upon this entry.
  
  I admire, SW´s courage for posting this blog.  Why?  If you just let things happen that disturbs you, no matter how minute, without any comment,  one will end up accepting and letting everything  slide, in the long run ending to frustrations.  Yes, confrontation is not good all the time but somehow no matter how nerve-wracking it can be, it is liberating in the end
  
  I have to admit,  I  have not had time and peace to read blogs of the people I want to get to know better.  And I have limited it to those people, who I´ve met in Scalywag´s RIVER TRIP.  Just to simplify my life ; ) ...
  
  One of them is SW of course, and most of the gang, who have posted their comments here too.
  
  So, in the three weeks that I have been in SC, I have enjoyed the luxury of fast forward reading, or to be precise ---I skimmed through most of their blogs, and enjoyed it tremendously.
  
  Well, I do hope this affair will still lead in the end to an amiable course..
