One way is metioning people by name and creating a link for them in another blog. Or just linking other blogs to increase traffic.

If you write a blog and mention another blogger by name such as; "I just saw4Ustudent.co.uk talk about traffic in his post which was a follow up to a post by Footerbutton and I think it is a wonderful thing."  More people will read your post.  Also using Technorati.com which you can have them "ping you" when you log in and let them know, although not in Soulcast but a few other sites. Also every single post on a forum you leave your link and let everyone know who you are and let your blog friends as and friends as well because your link is on your business card.  Becareful because Google as algorithms and they will know if someone is pclicking on links for the heck lf it.
