Ok, a question for the soulcasters:

Every time I try to type in the "create blog" box, I get an error saying something along the lines of:

A runtime error has occured.
Do you wish to debug?

Line 157
Error: Object doesn't support this property or method.

Then it asks me to click yes or no.

When I click no, the screen disappears, and I type one more (letter, space, symbol) and the same error comes up.

When I click yes, there is a program that opens, asking to select a debugger (the heading at the top is Just-in-time-debugger. The only program to select is the New Instance of Microsoft Script Editor. If I click yes, it opens the programs, if no I start over with the same error message.

The program opens, and asks me to select the program type I wish to debug. The only available option is Scripts. I click ok, and wait a few seconds, another error pop ups saying:

Microsoft JScript runtime error: Object doesn't support this property or method.

I can choose Break (which stops the debugging and leads me right back to the same beginning error message, Continue, and get the Microsoft JScript error. Help just explains the other options to me in really technical language.

What Do I DOOO???

I am typing this message here in an email composition, and then copied and pasted.

Please let me know what to do.... I am kinda lost here.

what browser are you using, and do you have java enabled in it?

when you have technical issues, post 'em here (the link is in the FAQs).

never post technical issues in your own blog: the soulcast staff doesn't read every blog entry.

I wasn't neccesarily posting this for soulcast to read.... I didn't even consider it.

I am using internet explorer, but I have other college-related programs that have java enabled in them (the little java coffee cup shows up) and they all work fine.

The same error showed up while posting this comment, and I noticed that there was no "tag this post" box. Could that be why?

no, that's normal if you comment to your own blog entry.

weird...post this to the linked account. they'll be functional soon at SC so maybe you can get some answers. be sure to give 'em the information in your blog entry as well as the stuff in your comment.
