I just graduated and I know as a former nursing student that one of the most difficult and crucial a nursing student has to do are NCPs.Let's face it most of us wouldn't want to do it,if not for the grades that we will get and because lol its a requirement.Nevertheless its an important aspect of Nursing that you must learned.So here it is, I'll share you a few tips that you may find useful.

Nursing Care Plan also known as Client Care Plan is a systematic,organized method of planning patient care.It is a written guide with your client as the receiver of your care.

1. Know your patient very well.It would be helpful to have an effective Nursing-Patient Interaction.Because during NPI you would able to have the chance to gather pertinent data about the patient that would be necessary in making a good NCP.If you still need more info about the patient,his/her chart would be the best tool, in there you can see the laboratory results,medication sheet
