Oh, how much I envy the mothers that naturally produce an abundance of breastmilk.

I've struggled with my milk supply through 2 children, and it's been tough! With my first child, I never could quite manage the art of latching, so I was a strictly breastpumping mommy. With my second child, I experienced even lower milk supply, and he would actually breastfeed.

So I tried many different things. Some things that were recommended to me was oatmeal, beer, fenugreek capsules, mothers milk tea, and even nipple stimulation.

I pumped all the time with a hospital grade rental breast pump. I would pump every 2 hours for fifteen minutes at a time. Eventually, I went to the medela pump in style and my milk supply dropped even more.

After struggling for so long, I realized that I just naturally have a low milk supply. I've read that women that don't sweat alot sometimes have lower milk supplies. I guess somehow sweating goes with the milk production, but I can't explain it. I've never been much of a sweater so it makes since.

The only thing that has truly helped was Breastea at www.breastea.com

I genuinely recommend this product, because it made the difference with my breastfeeding of my second child. I wish I would have had it with my first son.

The mother's milk tea only made a cup at a time, and the whole box wouldn't last me but a day or two. With the Breastea, I can make a gallon at a time. I spend about 10.00 and I have enough Breastea to make five gallons of tea. And I really like the flavors, especially the chocolate caramel.

So if you are a breastfeeding mom that is needing an increase in milk supply, I want to recommend Breastea to you. It's good stuff.
